I have hand knit this men's winter hat seamlessly to fit a head that measures about 23" but it is just 1” shorter then the traditional sized hats. This is great for those that like their hats to sit just above the ears; true seaman style.
The ribbed brim is generous and folds over to hug his head softly but snugly to produce a 3-inch ribbing you can see.
The hat is hand knit with a deep teal green, a unique color. The pictures taken outside are the true color. The one laying on the table is just for size reference.
Ideal for the man that needs the warmth of wool but wants the hat to be lightweight since they are moving around. Hunters, military guys, and construction workers love these simple hats. Dads seem to especially appreciate this as a gift.
Care-
Constructed from 80% acrylic 20% wool
Machine wash and dry, I recommend gentle for longevity, but it won't shrink if you wash it regularly.
Give it a good wash at the end of winter before you put it away for the season to keep it looking nice.
