Returns & Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for your purchase! If you need to return an item, please see the details below.

Returns

  • Domestic Returns: Must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase.
  • International Returns: Must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

  1. Authorization: Email me to receive return authorization.

  2. Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging (if possible).

  • Shipping Charges: You are responsible for all return shipping charges. I recommend using a trackable method for returns, as refunds will not be issued for items lost in transit without tracking.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 1-2 days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • Gift Returns: Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser, not the recipient.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Yarn not in original (resalable) condition.
  • Custom-ordered hand-spun or custom hand-dyed yarn.

Important Note: Manufacturers do not offer lifetime warranties. Items with manufacturing defects can be returned, but normal wear and tear is not covered.

Shipping Policies

  • Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days (custom orders may vary).
  • Tracking: All U.S. orders include delivery tracking and confirmation.

International Shipping

  • International orders will be sent First Class International.
  • Fees: Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipping.
  • Customs: Packages will have the value declared—no items will be marked as gifts.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your mailing address is correct when checking out. If you notice an error before shipping, contact me immediately. If the order has already shipped, I cannot change the address. No refunds will be issued for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses, unless the package is returned to me by USPS.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We aim to reduce waste and use minimal packaging. Items are generally shipped in poly mailers or Tyvek bags, and larger orders may use boxes. Plastic bags used in shipping are often recycled from previous stock shipments.
